The home is split into two units, one on the lower level and one on the upper, and can be rented together or separately. Both have their own private entrances, fully equipped kitchens, central air and separate porches great for entertaining and people watching.
Unit 1 is our personal unit thought we do rent it occasionally. It is on the first floor and is a two bedroom one and a half bath apartment. It has a double over double bunkbed in the 1st bedroom,and a queen sized bed in the 2nd bedrooom. Total sleeping capacity is 6.
Unit 2 is on the second floor and is a two bedroom one bath apartment. It has a double over single bunkbed and a single over single bunkbed in the 1st bedroom and a queen sized bed in the 2nd bedroom. Total sleeping capacity is 6. It also has a stackable washer and dryer.
