Parking
Each unit receives one parking space in our driveway. However, please be aware one car will be blocking the other so please swap numbers as to not get blocked in. Street parking is free.
Pets
On a case by case basis one well behaved and quiet dog may be allowed. There is an additonal $50 fee.
Cleaning
Each unit is professionally cleaned after each stay. However, we do ask our guests to leave the unit reasonablly clean by taking out all trash, emptying refrigerator, and generally straightening up everything.
Smoking
There is no smoking allowed in either unit.
Reservations
To make a reservation or check availability and pricing please call Terri at 301-904-2198. Once you have confirmed your reservation with her you will print one of the below contracts and mail with your required deposit to the address listed on the contract.
